Director Marketing/Business Development

 

Erica brings a wealth of experience to TCCCS.  She possesses strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship skills.  She is the owner of Life Coaching and Consulting Associates, LLC (LCCA) and the Director of Marketing and Business Development for TCCCS, and TC Mediation, LLC.

 

Erica's areas of Coaching Expertise are marketing, small business start up and growth, singles, and working with Veterans. She is trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and is a member of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF). ICISF's mission is to provide leadership, education, training consultation and support services in comprehensive crisis intervention and disaster behavioral health services to the emergency response professions, other organizations and communities.

 

Her professional experience includes management positions in the Corporate world as well as working with Government Agencies.  She has worked with Veterans, government officials, celebrities, and other dignitaries.  This background allows her to bring a broad depth of understanding and objectivity in helping individuals and small businesses to accomplish their goals.  Erica is a trained Mediator and received her training from The Supreme Court of Ohio.  She has and is receiving training as a Life Coach from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute and Light University.

 

She has traveled extensively internationally and lived abroad while obtaining her Graduate Diploma from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
